The room was brand-new and tastefully decorated with a refrigerator and toiletries. Great breakfast with a huge variety of meals. Perfect, marvelous location close to the airport.

Close to the airport, we had an early flight. The morning staff was friendly & cheerful.

The hotel was located adjacent to the airport and Waffle House and restaurants. The location of the venue was stunning, to the specific smoking area. Also, Batting Cage was 1 mile away from the property. The rooms were exceptional with microwave and refrigerator, the staff were amicable and accommodating.

This place has a great location with free parking, just a short drive to the airport, and offers brand-new stylish rooms with amenities.

The pool, it was hot! The staff that we met were as polite as they could be, even though they were understaff. The hotel check in clerk seemed very harried. The women who set up the breakfast was by herself and she was having a hard time trying to keep up with everything. But she was pleasant.

Our room was not ready. This was due to the fact that the hotel was understaff. Also I overheard one staff member mention that there was an argument going on with the staff because of someone getting fired, and that the housekeeping staff leader was ready to quit.

I booked it many times and recommend. The property was newly decorated with courteous staff on 2nd shift. The hotel was in the central setting to the specific smoking area.

The accomodations were excellant and the staff was always so nice. The room was clean and the free w-fi was wonderful. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was centrally located for many attraction sites in and around Cincinnati, OH, as well as local eateries.

Several of the employees were smokers and would be outside the main door - almost every time my children and I came or went from the hotel, we had to walk through their cigarette smoke.

The hotel has a perfect location in Erlanger, close to attractions like the zoo, creation museum, and downtown Cincinnati. the staff is extremely helpful. - the room is brand new and tastefully decorated, great for getting ready and has all the necessary toiletries.

Worth of money and stay. Breakfast is more than good.

Not well marked so it was a bit difficult to find. Listed as Comfort Inn but receipt was marked Red Roof Inn. New owners???? Too hot--not able to regulate heater.

The hotel is newly renovated and has outstandingly accommodating staff on the 2nd shift. It is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, attractions like the zoo and creation museum, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Additionally, it is close to the airport and other restaurants.

It was a pleasant room the lobby was always clean.
